Terms of Service
End User License Agreement (EULA) for Circle Shot — Crazy Arrow Hit.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Circle Shot. By using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Circle Shot - Crazy Arrow Hit (the “Application”), package name com.stackforge.circleshot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the Application.
02 License Grant
iAppstack grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Application on devices that you own or control (including Android and Apple-branded iOS devices), strictly in accordance with these Terms and the applicable store terms (Google Play / Apple App Store).
03 User Conduct and Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application, except where applicable law permits.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Application, except where permitted by applicable law.
- Use cheat engines, automation software (bots), hacks, or unauthorized third-party software designed to modify gameplay, arrows, scores, or level progression.
- Interfere with advertisements, rewarded-ad flows, or remote configuration used by the Application.
- Distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Application for commercial purposes without prior written consent from iAppstack.
04 Virtual Items and Progression
Any in-game progression (including unlocked levels, scores, stars, and temporary rewards such as extra arrows after watching an ad) is provided for entertainment purposes only.
- Virtual items and rewards have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real currency.
- Progress is stored locally on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the Application or clear app data.
- Virtual items cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to other players.
05 Advertising
The Application may display third-party advertisements, including banner, interstitial, rewarded, app open, and native ads. Watching a rewarded ad may unlock temporary gameplay benefits. Ad availability is not guaranteed and depends on third-party ad networks.
06 Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to Circle Shot, including game logic, visuals, graphics, animations, sound effects, music, themes, and branding, are and will remain the exclusive property of iAppstack or its licensors.
07 Apple Inc. Acknowledgement
If you obtain the Application from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
- These Terms are concluded between you and iAppstack only, and not with Apple Inc.
- Apple Inc. has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services with respect to the Application.
- If the Application fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, in accordance with applicable terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Application.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, may have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
08 Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. iAppstack does not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iAppstack and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Application. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10 Changes to Terms
iAppstack reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page or made available within the Application. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. Continued use of the Application after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
